Ultimately, the entire system is aimed at providing insight and placing a large part of the responsibility and choices with the employees themselves. We think this can be a good addition to the total of HR systems you have, especially if you are a company that is growing to large numbers of employees. A tool like this is still a bridge too far for small businesses.
