CHAP focuses on happiness, not just happiness at work, but happiness in a general sense. It is also more than a tool or test, the basis is strong scientific research into happiness, how you can improve and use it. It focuses on three focus points off happiness: Goals, Recharge points and People (G.R.P. Happiness theory).
The tool itself offers a test, which results in a so-called CHAP score. That score is an indication of your happiness at the moment. As mentioned, this goes further than happiness at work, so the questions sometimes come across as very private. But the results remain your own.
In addition to the test, CHAP therefore also offers workshops, coaching and the possibility to train people (colleagues) to become a coach. It goes beyond just HR tech.
