Inuka is a coaching platform that employers can use for their employees. In principle, the use is particularly simple: Employees complete a scan that gives them insight into their stress complaints. They can then be linked via the Inuka platform to a coach who actively works with them. Communication with the coach takes place via the app (via chat). All coaches are certified in the special Inuka method, which you can read more about here. The coaches are available in multiple languages.
In addition to this digital piece, Inuka also offers a number of extra services such as a kick off with the team and a scan (analysis) of everything that you as an employer are already doing on (mental) vitality and where this can be done better or differently.
