Nmbrs works from the philosophy of a payroll system that can also be used for your basic HR administration. You then extend that basic administration into multiple HR processes, all of which Nmbrs offers. This goes beoynd the obvious processe like leave registration and sickness registration, but also workflows for recruitment and online file creation.
Having your foundation in order is one of the most important things for HR and Nmbrs helps you do that. But be aware that payroll and HR may look alike, but are actually two very different things. That is why we see a lot of companies look towards a payroll specialist or accountant to take up the payroll activities, and use Nmbrs only for the basic administration.
