A platform with a strong "social media" type feel seems to work perfect for the Magnet.me target group which are students and young professionals with up to 7 years of work experience. Set up your profile just like you are used to on other platforms and check out and follow the companies on the platform. For jobs, traineeships and internships.

For companies it is in general just as easy: setup your company profile and show the world how it is to work at your company with al sorts of content. And when you have a large enough followers base post your job. Up until this point it is totally free. If you want to promote your job or source candidates actively you will have to upgrade and pay.

The innovative part of this platform of course is the matching of potential candidates to companies based on interests and job wishes. You get a strong feeling you are matched to the companies that fit your interests and vice versa as a company to young professionals who in basic would fit perfectly based on their interest. If you peel off this layer then off course it is a jobmarket. But a good jobmarket based on their niche target group, easy to use interface and technology.
