Officevibe is a simple and easy to use platform for measuring employee engagement.
Looks great! A lust for the eye
Innovative, but there are others alike
Easy, create an account and go!
Officevibe is just an enjoyable platform to use. It's easy, understandable, actionable and not overly expensive. I would suggest to give it a whirl and try it out. It will let you easily get a feel for how your organisation or team is doing and what the main action points are. The only thing here is that measuring engagement requires action. There is no point in continuously measuring how everyone feels and then not doing anything with the results. Think about how you want to use officevibe, think about how long you want it to run (for example 3 months) and then how long you want to pause it to work on improvements (for example 6 months).
HOW WE DETERMINE WHAT WORKS
Everyday, new HR tools are introduced that improve the employee experience and help professionalize your company. Deciding what works best for your company is overwhelming due to the sheer number of tools available
At VIE People we have scaled over 150 companies while always implementing People Tech aswell. Every 4 months we review the available tools to see if they are still the best to use for a specific phase.
Next to this we analyse new tools coming into the market for the UNLEASH Start Up competition and are a strategic capital partner through VIE Tech Capital.
VIE has extensive experience with many tools. We know what works, can help you choose and, if needed, can help you get going.
