Dialog is a Dutch product and a good example of a lightweight system to manage and pay attention to your performance management cycle. It therefore contains the basic functionalities that you can expect from such a system: Setting goals according to an OKR principle, giving and receiving feedback via the tool and safeguarding your conversation cycle. The design and product setup is all aimed at ultimately conducting a dialogue about the performance and especially the development of the employee, hence the name Dialog.
