Breezy is a full end-to-end Applicant Tracking System (ATS), mainly USA based. It comes with everything you could imagine for a simple and lightweight modern ATS, and fits the SME market perfectly.
Good, nice clean design
Not really, but it works
Easy, create an account and go!
Breezy is easy and accessible for creating and managing recruitment workflows for the whole team. It comes with everything you might expect from a modern ATS. In the basic (they call it Bootstrap) version, you already have a GDPR compliant full service recruitment workflow tool. Included is the career site functionality and collaboration with your hiring team.
For scaling companies (SME sized companies) this can be a good solution for an effective hiring tool, and the pricing is acceptable and can be compared with tools like Homerun and Recruitee.
HOW WE DETERMINE WHAT WORKS
Everyday, new HR tools are introduced that improve the employee experience and help professionalize your company. Deciding what works best for your company is overwhelming due to the sheer number of tools available
At VIE People we have scaled over 150 companies while always implementing People Tech aswell. Every 4 months we review the available tools to see if they are still the best to use for a specific phase.
Next to this we analyse new tools coming into the market for the UNLEASH Start Up competition and are a strategic capital partner through VIE Tech Capital.
VIE has extensive experience with many tools. We know what works, can help you choose and, if needed, can help you get going.
