Borealis Onboarding, BOB, application is a module within Borealis Journey that supports the integration and early learning phase of your new joiner. It ensures smooth connection to colleagues, with its detailed task list provides a clear guideline for starting their journey with your company and it’s values. BOB enables a fun way for your employees to find common ground with its facultative challenges which can be rewarded as perprior agreement within your team.
It has a user-friendly interface that makes navigation easier. Documents, links, descriptions can be added to tasks. With a proper setup and definition BOB will allow our new joiner to get familiar with everything they need to know on their own.
