Simple employee recognition software. Very easy to set up. Create a team. You can “tap” team members  for something specific (“Good Job”). You can add some comments, and there you go. Others can retap. There are gamification elements, like a Recognition Wall.

Our view

We like the simplicity. You are up and running in minutes. It seems more suitable to give quick recognition, than too give extensive feedback. Will probably not work in all cultures. Can be integrated with Slack. Especially suitable for teams, not so much for an organisation wide roll out.
