CultureAmp
Look and Feel?

Modern, state of the art.

Innovative?

Extensive offering, innovations are difficult to judge.

Easy to implement?

Will take considerable time and effort

Our view

Culture Amp (founded 2009) seems to be a good choice if you are serious about measuring if your people are amplifying the culture, and if you want a broad range of tools (pulse, deep dive, personal feedback). We also like the ability to measure in the different phases of the employee journey. Supports multiple languages.

Keencorp

Keencorp measures employee sentiments based on e-mails and other written communications. This enables real time mood measurement.

Hyphen
Look and Feel?

We have not been able to judge the interface.

Innovative?

Absolutely. One of the first real time mood measurement solutions.

Easy to implement?

Some effort required (note: technically yes, but convincing stakeholders to give Keencorp access to e-mail could be an issue).

Our view

Tools that enable real time employee mood measurement, without asking the employees any question, are interesting. The validity of the measurement, as well as possible data privacy issues, need careful consideration. We certainly would like to hear customer experiences!

Trustfuel offers a simple (and free) tool to execute Net Promoter Score surveys.

Hyphen
Look and Feel?

Simple and modern.

Innovative?

Not really.

Easy to implement?

Easy.

Our view

This solution allows you to ask one simple question to your people regularly: “Would you recommend our organisation as a great place to work to your family and friends?”. As more and more organisations work with NPS, it makes sense to use it in the people domain as well. In English only.

Workometry

Workometry allows you to gather feedback by asking open questions. The text analysis software will then make sense of all the answers and provide a report to you. Works with multiple languages.

Hyphen
Look and Feel?

Difficult to judge, we assume it is simple and modern.

Innovative?

Yes, using advanced text analysis software

Easy to implement?

Some effort required (Note: the tool is simple, but design of the questions and process will take time).

Our view

Workometry seems to have developed a promising service. We like the way the answers to open questions can be analysed. Benchmarking will probably be more difficult. Probably more suited to bigger organisations.
