Our view

Tableau has many capabilities, probably many more than on the wishlist of the HR super user. Tableau is certainly not the solution for smaller organisations, who are making their first steps in people analytics. You will need dedicated resources to implement Tableau, and to respond to specific requests of users. If you have the capacity, of if your marketing team is using Tableau, it might be a very good choice.
