Social Seeder is not presented as an employee referral program, more a broader marketing tool to create a pool of brand ambassadors, that distribute messages through their network. Of course, these brand ambassadors can distribute vacancies as well.

Social Seeder seems to be a good tool to manage a pool of (employee) brand ambassadors. It requires a well managed top-down approach, which could fit the more traditional organisations. Nice feature: ability to make the best combination between message and ambassadors. No big names on the client list yet.
