Kronos is an all round HR management system, for companies of all sizes. The system has a lot of functionality, that can be configured to the needs of an organisation. It seems especially suitable for mid-size to larger organisations, who have the ability and the capacity to implement and tailor an HR system.

Our view

Kronos is seen as a very good HR system, that can stand up to many systems in the market. Highly configurable, but this seems to come with somewhat lower usability, especially for administrators. Seems a good choice for larger organisations, with professional HR/IT staff.
