Intuo offers a modern performance management system. It seems they want to make the transfer from the traditional approach to the modern approach (more frequent feedback from different sources) easier. A top-down implementation is required, employees and teams cannot just start with Intuo. The Intuo solution might be a good choice for midsize and larger organisation, that prefer evolution above revolution.
