Our view

In the last years Impraise has managed to develop and improve their feedback tool, in such a way that it appeals to many organisations. We can see it more in midsize to larger organisations that in start-ups/ scale-ups. It looks like it has to be implemented top-down, and that will be the most critical issue: do organisations want to go full out with a tool like Impraise. Or will they want to organise this with their core HR system.
