Chatbots are becoming more customary in different kind of functionalities. In HR we see them in feedback tools, in finging information fast and now also in recruitment. Mostly used to increase the candidate experience.

Joboti is a good example of a easy to use and easy to set up chatbot, that eventually helps increase your candidate experience and engagement.

Joboti helps you to be able to communicate with candidates 24/7 and by answering their questions, but also helps assessing candidates for you. We think this is very useful and joboti is one of the promising chatbots in recruitment.

Magnet.me seperates itself from the rest by only focusing on the graduates and students. It’s very easy accessible and easy to use because of the ‘Tinder-style’ concept: just pick and choose your match.

Unfortunately it only matches on education and your domains of interest (like HR / business management). So no real data-analysis here.

Workable is a Applicant Tracking System, Europe oriented. Source and manage candidates in one interface.

Not that much. But we were impressed by how easy to use it is and we consider it a very good ATS for small to medium businesses.

Easy to implement?

Easy-to-implement SaaS tool. Depending of how many data you want to import can be a bit challenging but they have a customer support team for it.

Our view

Definitely an ATS to consider if you are recruiting in Europe. We consider Workable a strong candidate to be your next ATS if you want to implement a user friendly and intuitive tool that excels at automation. Workable has also complementary products such as “people search” sourcing that allows you to feed your pipeline with passive talent.

Highlights:

  • Easy to implement.
  • Customisable.
  • Very collaborative.

Can be improved:

  • They don’t have a lot of integrations with third party tools, but are improving.
  • Some functionalities still quite basic and are not suitable for big corporations with a high level of complexity.

Costs: Depending on the number of positions published. The pricing changes depending on how many positions you want to publish. Paid monthly, billed annually.
