Through the platform all employee rewards programs can be integrated (everyday recognition, innovation, recruiting referrals etc). Managers can track what is going on in a dashboard. Employees can earn points by promoting/appraising each other and being promoted by the manager.

Our view

It seems nice, especially for bigger organisations, to have one place for all the corporate recognition programs. Achievers seems to be a well established company, with a good client list. The look-and-feel is maybe too American to fit in other cultures. A nice feature is a digital marketplace where everyone can spend their ‘earnings’.
